About the Role
We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented ‘Demand Success Lead’ to join our Marketplace Success team. This role requires a strong blend of programmatic yield optimization expertise, technical acumen, and excellent communication and commercial skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue across a portfolio of programmatic demand partners, including large DSPs and SSPs, and collaborating with yield, ops and publisher success to drive and grow marketplace revenue.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations, onboarding, optimization, and growth of programmatic demand clients, ensuring a high standard of customer service and partner experience.
- Own relationships with demand partners, acting as a trusted point of contact and managing client expectations around performance, delivery, scale, opportunities, and platform capabilities.
- Develop a strong understanding of each partner’s commercial objectives, buying strategy, and performance expectations, and translate these into actionable strategies internally.
- Proactively optimize demand accounts and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities to increase spend, improve yield, and grow the overall commercial value of partnerships.
- Lead regular weekly/monthly business reviews with key demand partners, providing performance insights, discussing opportunities, and agreeing on explicit actions to drive growth.
- Generate and analyze monetization reports to identify revenue opportunities, track performance trends, and support partner and internal decision-making.
