About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Intern to join our growing IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in IT Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management.

As an Inside Sales Intern, you will work closely with the sales team to identify potential customers, connect with prospects, understand their requirements, introduce our IT products/services, and support the team in converting leads into business opportunities.

No prior sales experience is required. We are looking for candidates with solid communication skills, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and an interest in building a career in technology sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential B2B customers through online research, databases, LinkedIn, and other sources.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Make introductory calls to prospective customers and understand their business requirements.




- Explain the company's IT products/services clearly to potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Schedule meetings and product/service discussions for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and conversations in the CRM.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team whenever required.
- Achieve daily and weekly activity targets related to calls, lead generation, follow-ups, and meetings.
- Stay updated about the company's IT solutions, services, and target market.
- Prepare basic reports on lead status, follow-ups, and sales activities.
