Role Summary
Seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Sales Head / Business Development Head to lead government business development and sales operations in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities




- Government Business Development Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management Sales & Revenue Growth Team Leadership Tender & Proposal Coordination
- Good Knowledge of Liasioning with Government department
- Govt Relations, Team Management, Tender management

Required Experience
1018 years of experience in government sales, institutional sales, education/EdTech/public sector projects.
Skills Required
Government BD, Strategic Sales, Negotiation, Public Sector Engagement, Team Leadership, Tender Understanding, Communication & Relationship Management.
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Performance Incentive + Travel Allowance + Revenue-linked Incentives (Negotiable).
