Requirement for Sales & Marketing Manager – Healthcare / Diagnostics

Key Responsibility:
- Onboard doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients for lab referrals and diagnostic tie-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, hospitals, and corporate accounts.
- Generate business through diagnostic services, pathology/lab referrals, pharma, and healthcare partnerships.
- Identify and approach potential clients to build a solid referral and corporate network.
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth through B2B healthcare partnerships.
- Conduct regular client visits, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize tie-ups with clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients.




- Coordinate with internal operations and laboratory teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Track referrals, client performance, revenue, and market development activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure strong client retention and develop long-term strategic partnerships.

Preferred Profile:
Experience in diagnostics, pathology labs, pharma, healthcare, hospital sales, medical sales, or healthcare B2B business development would be preferred.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
