Job Title: Marketing Director

Role Summary:

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing the company's overall

marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, drive customer

acquisition, and support business growth. This role leads the marketing team, manages

budgets, oversees campaigns across multiple channels, and works closely with sales and

senior leadership to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy.

 Create annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.

 Lead and manage the marketing team, setting KPIs and monitoring performance.

 Oversee digital marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, content

marketing, and offline marketing initiatives.

 Build and strengthen the company's brand identity and market positioning.

 Plan, manage, and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

 Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion

rates.





 Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

 Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify

growth opportunities.

 Manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, and media partners.

 Oversee website performance, landing pages, and marketing automation tools.

 Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing channels.

 Organize product launches, promotional campaigns, trade shows, and corporate

events.

 Drive customer retention and engagement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a

related field (MBA preferred).

 8–12+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role.

 Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
