Key Responsibilities

Campus Hiring Operations
- Support end-to-end campus recruitment activities.
- Coordinate internship and full-time hiring events.
- Assist in hiring tool enablement and event execution.
- Provide real-time support during recruitment drives.
- Manage candidate and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure timely event closure and documentation.





Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers, interviewers, and HR teams.
- Coordinate resources required for hiring events.
- Ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes.

Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Track hiring metrics and event outcomes.
- Support structured reporting and data analysis.
