Key Responsibilities

✅ Drive Operational Performance
- Achieve productivity targets of 120+ workflows per person across 1st and 2nd handling activities.
- Manage workflow volumes effectively to support business requirements.

✅ Ensure Timely & Accurate Processing
- Complete all fresh and exception workflows within 3 business days .
- Maintain high levels of processing accuracy and quality.

✅ Own Business KPIs
- Maintain zero overdue workflows aged over 3 days.
- Keep workflow inventory aligned with one day’s inflow volume .
- Proactively identify and address workflow backlogs.

✅ Support Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to process optimization, workflow reduction, and FTHR improvement initiatives.
- Support automation and digitalization projects through testing, validation, and process expertise.

✅ Maintain Compliance & Controls
- Adhere to company policies, internal controls,



and approved operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with RICC SOPs and risk management requirements.

✅ Demonstrate Robust Team Values

- Complete mandatory training on time and actively participate in team engagement initiatives.
