Job Summary

As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential schools, connecting with decision-makers, presenting Takshora’s platform, and converting interested schools into active users.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, communication, technology, relationship building, and meeting new people.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach schools that can benefit from Takshora.
- Connect with school owners, principals, administrators, and other decision-makers.
- Present and demonstrate the Takshora platform to prospective schools.
- Understand the needs and challenges of schools and explain how Takshora can help.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school management.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into active Takshora users.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing schools.
- Coordinate with the team during the school onboarding process.
- Help expand Takshora's presence across schools and different locations.
- Maintain sales activity, lead, and follow-up records.




- Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets.
- Travel and meet schools when required.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and a regional language.
- Confidence in communicating with school management and decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of software, technology, or digital platforms.
- Robust presentation and convincing skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships.
- Willingness to travel for school visits when required.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
- Sales, Business Development, EdTech, SaaS, or technology experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales ability may also apply.
