Position: Pega System Analyst / Business Analyst

Location: Remote

We are seeking a skilled
Pega System Analyst/Business Analyst
to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams on Pega platform implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Pega functional specifications
- Author BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams
- Analyze existing Pega applications and recommend process/system improvements
- Apply solid knowledge of Pega Case Management, workflows, business rules, SLAs, and decisioning
- Lead requirement workshops and clarify functional needs with development teams
- Review Pega solution designs to ensure alignment with business requirements




- Support UAT, defect analysis, and production release activities
- Identify current-state vs. future-state process gaps and recommend solutions
- Ensure traceability across requirements, test cases, and delivered functionality

Required Skills:
- Strong Pega functional/business analysis experience
- Solid understanding of Pega Platform and Case Management
- Experience with User Stories, Jira, Agile/Scrum, BRD/FRD, and UAT
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to interpret Pega configurations and liaise effectively with technical teams
- Pega certification (CSA/CSSA) preferred
