Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of residential and commercial properties, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your role will involve understanding client needs, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales contracts, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and cold calling.

2. Conduct market research to identify potential properties for sale and stay updated on market trends.

3. Showcase properties to prospective buyers, highlighting features and perks.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their preferences and requirements.

5. Guide clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.

6. Negotiate sales contracts and terms,

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven 1 year or more experience in Sales or a similar role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
