Maintenance Activities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
- Handle operation and maintenance of HT/LT panels, MCC (Motor Control Centers), PCC (Power Control Centers), and control panels.
- Troubleshoot faults in motors, transformers, switchgear, and electrical distribution systems.
- Ensure timely resolution of electrical breakdowns to minimize production loss.

Installation & Site Work
- Carry out cable laying, glanding, and termination work as per standards.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of electrical equipment.
- Ensure proper routing and dressing of cables in panels and field.

Testing & Troubleshooting
- Use testing instruments like Multimeter, Megger, and Clamp meter for diagnostics.
- Identify insulation faults, short circuits, overloads, and earth leakage issues.




- Perform load balancing and basic electrical measurements.

Documentation & Safety
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure all maintenance activities follow electrical safety standards and SOPs.
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and checklists.
- Follow lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures and workplace safety rules.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Ability to operate and interpret results from:
- Multimeter
- Megger (insulation tester)
- Clamp meter
- Understanding of HT/LT systems and industrial switchgear.
- Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
