Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in building a career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules
- Follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases
- Coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage offer and joining process
- Complete onboarding formalities
- Maintain recruitment reports and records





Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years of recruitment experience
- Freshers with HR internships can apply
- Positive verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Positive and target-oriented approach
