- Supervise and execute civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, work programme, and method statements.
- Plan daily and weekly site activities in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper sequencing of construction activities to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor manpower, machinery and materials at site.
- Check line, level, alignment, dimensions, and quantities before and during execution.
- Identify site constraints and immediately report delays, design issues, material shortages, and other execution problems.
- Ensure that the latest approved drawings are available at the site.
- Arrange/coordinate required field and laboratory tests such as concrete, soil, aggregates, bitumen, etc., as applicable to the project.
- Maintain inspection requests,



test reports, checklists, pour cards, material approvals, and other quality records.

- Robust knowledge of civil construction execution.
- Drawing reading and interpretation.
- Quantity calculation and measurement.
- Site supervision and manpower management.
- BOQ understanding.
- Quality control and inspection coordination.
- Contractor/subcontractor coordination.
- Problem-solving and decision-making.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge.
- Ability to work under project deadlines.
