Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and solid Senior Legal Manager to manage the company’s legal matters, litigation, documentation, and legal compliance. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Civil and Criminal Laws and proven experience in handling Courts, Police Stations, Advocates, Government Authorities, and external legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage all legal and litigation matters of the company.
- Manage Civil and Criminal cases, disputes, notices, complaints, and legal proceedings.
- Represent and coordinate with Courts, Police Stations, Advocates, Legal Authorities, and Government Departments.
- Handle police complaints, enquiries, FIR-related matters, summons, notices, and legal proceedings.
- Draft and review legal notices, replies, agreements, affidavits, petitions, complaints, applications, undertakings, and other legal documents.




- Coordinate with external advocates and monitor the progress of all court cases.
- Prepare and maintain case files, litigation records, legal documents, and court-related documentation.
- Provide legal opinions and practical advice to Management and various departments.
- Review agreements, contracts, vendor documents, employee-related legal matters, and other company documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and legal protection of company interests.
- Handle matters relating to copyright, defamation, media/publication-related disputes, employment matters, and commercial disputes.
- Monitor court dates, hearings, case status, legal notices, and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with police officials, court authorities, advocates, and other legal professionals whenever required.
