About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and result-oriented Sales Experts to join our Secondary Real Estate Sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent market knowledge, solid negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close secondary property transactions across multiple asset classes.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert qualified leads through networking, references, channel partners, and market outreach.
- Manage end-to-end secondary real estate sales for:
- Industrial Properties
- Residential Kothis
- Residential Plots
- Institutional Properties
- Commercial Properties
- Commercial & Industrial Leasing
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, brokers, developers,



and corporate clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close transactions.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
- Maintain updated property inventory, client database, and sales pipeline.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and investment opportunities.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 2–20 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably in Secondary Sales.
- Strong experience in one or more of the following segments:
- Industrial Real Estate
- Residential Kothis
- Residential Plots
- Commercial Real Estate
- Institutional Properties
- Leasing
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and net
