Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues through telephone, email, or remote sessions, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

- Lead incident management for single and cross-technology incidents, guiding team members in resolving complex problems.
- Perform and lead technical escalations, participating in formal escalation processes during crises.
- Proactively engage in problem management, conducting trend and root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
