Role Description
The Senior Audit Associate role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.



The Senior Audit Associate will lead and execute statutory and financial audits, including planning, fieldwork, testing, and documentation in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements and supporting schedules, assessing internal controls, identifying control gaps and process improvements, and preparing clear audit reports and working papers. The role involves coordinating with clients’ finance and management teams, resolving audit queries, and providing insights on compliance with tax, corporate, and regulatory requirements in multi-jurisdictional contexts. The Senior Audit Associate will also support junior team members, contribute to knowledge sharing within the firm, and assist in advisory assignments where audit findings inform strategic recommendations.
