Reltio Platform Development
- Design, configure, and implement Reltio data models, match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and reference data.
- Develop and manage Reltio entities such as HCP, HCO, Affiliations, Products, Accounts, and Locations.
- Configure Reltio workflows, data quality rules, and data governance policies.
- Support Reltio tenant setup, environment migrations, and release deployments.

Integration & Data Engineering
- Build and maintain integrations between Reltio and upstream/downstream systems (e.g., CRM, data warehouses, analytics platforms).
- Develop and consume APIs for data ingestion, synchronization, and extraction.
- Support batch and real-time data processing patterns.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills
- 3 - 6+ years of experience in MDM implementations, with hands-on expertise in Reltio.




- Strong experience with Reltio configuration (data models, match/merge, survivorship, workflows).
- Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and data integration patterns.
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms and modern data architectures.

Pharma / Domain Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Pharma / Life Sciences commercial data domains, including:
- HCP / HCO master data
- Affiliations and hierarchies
- Product and reference data
- Experience supporting commercial analytics, CRM, or downstream reporting use cases.

General Skills
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models.
