Purpose of the Role:
To ensure the efficient functioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of elevators and escalators, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance of elevators and escalators as per the schedule.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in elevators.
- Attend and resolve emergency breakdown calls promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during servicing.
- Maintain records of service activities, including checklists and reports.
- Replace faulty parts and ensure the availability of critical spare parts.
- Liaise with clients to explain technical issues and service requirements.
- Provide support during warranty claims and follow up with the technical team.
- Train junior technicians and apprentices as required.
- Ensure timely submission of service reports and documentation to management.

Key Skills:
- Solid knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems.




- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Awareness of safety standards and regulatory requirements in the elevator industry.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple service calls.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management for spare parts.

Educational Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
- Certification in elevator maintenance or safety management (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
