KCP Eco Energy is looking for freshers to join our Solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to start their career in the solar power and renewable energy industry.

No prior solar O&M; experience is required. Training will be provided.

The selected candidates will work alongside experienced engineers and technicians and receive practical exposure to solar power plant operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineers and technicians in solar power plant O&M; activities.
- Support routine inspection of solar panels, inverters, cables, junction boxes, and electrical equipment.
- Assist with solar panel cleaning and preventive maintenance activities.
- Support technicians during electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Help identify and report abnormal conditions or equipment issues.
- Assist with basic tools, equipment, and material handling at the project site.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the solar plant.




- Follow instructions from O&M; Engineers and Site Supervisors.
- Maintain basic site records and maintenance checklists.
- Follow all electrical and site safety procedures.

Who Can Apply?

- Diploma – Electrical / EEE
- B.E / B.Tech – EEE / Electrical Engineering
- Fresh graduates looking to start a career in the solar industry

Freshers are encouraged to apply. Previous solar experience is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
