Role Description
The Microbiologist will play a key role in supporting Cordyceps cultivation through microbiological analysis and quality control of cultures, substrates, and production environments. On a day-to-day basis, this role will involve planning and conducting lab experiments, maintaining and monitoring microbial cultures, performing contamination checks,



and interpreting test results to optimize growing conditions. The Microbiologist will also develop and implement quality assurance protocols, document findings, and collaborate with cultivation and operations teams to improve processes. This is a full-time remote role, requiring regular virtual communication, meticulous data recording, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards while working in a home or partner laboratory setting.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Microbiology with applied experience in fungal or mushroom cultivation or related fields.
- Laboratory Skills and proficiency with relevant Laboratory Equipment for culturing, plating, incubating, and analyzing samples.
- Quality Control and Quality Assurance experience, including setting standards, monitoring processes, and ensuring consistency of cultures and products.
