Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Trainee Solution Consulting – Fresher at Inventory Masters. The trainee will support solution consultants in understanding client requirements, documenting business processes, and assisting in the configuration of inventory and operations solutions. Day-to-day tasks include participating in product demonstrations, preparing basic reports and presentations, and helping with data collection and analysis for client projects. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, learning product features and best practices, and responding to client queries under guidance. The position is designed for individuals starting their career, with structured training and mentorship to build consulting, communication, and technical skills.

Qualifications
- Ability to learn and apply concepts related to inventory management, supply chain, or business operations.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in documentation and data handling.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas in a structured manner.
- Comfort with using business software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, collaboration platforms).
- Capacity to work independently in a remote workplace while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Interest in solution consulting, client-facing work, and learning technology platforms; prior internships or academic projects in related areas are an advantage.
- Willingness to undergo training, accept feedback, and adapt to evolving client and project needs.
