Role Description

We are looking for an AI-native Product Manager to join our Product team. You will work closely with engineering, and business teams to build and scale products that leverage AI to solve real-time student problems and drive measurable business outcomes.

The role involves owning products end-to-end, from identifying problems and defining solutions to execution, launch, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
- Identify user problems and build AI-first solutions to solve them.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
- Use data, user feedback, and experimentation to drive product decisions.




- Leverage LLMs, AI agents, and automation to improve product experiences and workflows.
- Use product analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to drive decisions and improve product outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and execution across multiple stakeholders.

Who We're Looking For
- B.Tech / B.E., M.Tech / M.E., MBA, or a related degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with ownership of 0→1 and/or scaling products.
- Strong track record of taking products from problem discovery to launch and measurable business impact.
- Deep understanding of product strategy, prioritization, experimentation, user research, and product analytics.
- Strong technical fluency with hands-on understanding of LLMs, AI agents, generative AI, APIs, and AI application architectures.
- High ownership, bias for action, and ability to thrive in a rapid-paced startup environment.
