- Own and drive the employer brand strategy for assigned regions, ensuring consistent application of the EVP across all talent-facing channels and markets
- Serve as the in-house employer branding expert - advising senior HR, TA, and business leaders on brand positioning, candidate perception, and competitive differentiation in local talent markets
- Lead the development and evolution of talent marketing frameworks, strategic campaign plans, and regional go-to-market approaches
