Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. You will work closely with our clinic clients to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns that drive quality leads and measurable ROI.

Employment Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timing: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Leave Policy: 2 Paid Leaves per month

Salary Range: Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) campaigns
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and ad copy/creative briefing
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CTR, lead quality, and ROAS
- Track and analyze conversions using Meta Pixel, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and CAPI (Conversions API)
- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights with clients/internal team




- Coordinate with the design/content team for ad creatives and landing pages
- Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies, and industry best practices
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance
Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven experience managing live Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred)
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads dashboard, and Google Analytics
- Basic understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable reading numbers and drawing conclusions
- Valuable communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Candidate must have their own laptop (mandatory)
- Prior experience with clinic/healthcare/wellness clients is a plus, but not required
