Key Responsibilities:
- Handle new customer enquiries and coordinate product demos.
- Visit hospitals/clinics for product demonstrations.
- Carry service tools, medical equipment, spare parts, materials, and standby machines as required.
- Install and commission medical equipment at customer locations.
- Attend breakdown calls and provide troubleshooting/service support.
- Handle installation, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service requirements and follow-ups.
- Prepare service reports after installation/service work.
- Travel within Pune and across Maharashtra as required.
- Support the company in delivery, installation, product demonstration, and service activities.





Candidate Requirements:
- Biomedical/medical equipment service experience preferred.
- Must have own two-wheeler.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving licence.
- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Responsible for protected handling and transportation of medical equipment and standby machines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District)
