Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key client accounts in the IT staffing domain
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
- Understand client hiring needs and deliver suitable talent solutions
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Acquire new client accounts and expand business portfolio
- Oversee Profit and Loss (PnL) management for assigned accounts
- Lead and develop high-performing account management and recruitment teams

Requirements
- Proven experience in IT staffing or recruitment services
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
- Strategic thinking with a consultative approach to client engagement
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools is a plus
