Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking abilities and hands-on experience testing web, API, and mobile applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements, design effective test cases, and identify, investigate, and report issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end manual testing of web, mobile (iOS/Android), and API-based applications.
Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into detailed, actionable test cases.
Identify, document, and triage bugs effectively, with an emphasis on root cause analysis.
Inspect and analyze browser network logs, mobile app logs, and API responses to pinpoint failure reasons.
Collaborate with development and product teams to reproduce issues and provide detailed defect reports.
Conduct regression testing and ensure high-quality releases.




Provide suggestions to improve testing processes and product quality.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in manual testing of web, mobile, and API-based applications.
Robust understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Ability to debug issues by inspecting API traffic, browser network logs, and mobile device logs.
Familiarity with tools like Postman, Charles Proxy/Fiddler, browser developer tools, and log capture tools (e.g., Logcat, Xcode logs).
Should have a basic understanding of SQL for database validation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a critical mindset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good to Have:
Basic knowledge of automation frameworks or scripting is a plus.
Experience with Jira, TestRail, or similar test management tools.
Exposure to CI/CD environments.
