Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch of aggregates, M-Sand and other crusher products.
- Prepare and verify customer orders and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with Sales, Crusher/Production, Weighbridge and Transport teams.
- Allocate vehicles based on customer requirements and dispatch priority.
- Monitor vehicle loading, dispatch and delivery status.
- Ensure correct quantity and product is loaded as per order.
- Verify weighbridge slips, invoices, delivery challans and other dispatch documents.
- Maintain daily dispatch records and update the software/system.
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure timely vehicle movement.
- Follow up on pending and delayed deliveries.
- Handle customer/driver queries related to dispatch.
- Monitor stock availability and inform the concerned team about shortages.
- Ensure proper documentation for every vehicle dispatched.
- Prepare daily dispatch reports for management.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed during vehicle loading and movement inside the crusher premises.
- Coordinate with the crusher team to avoid vehicle waiting time and dispatch delays.
