What You'll Do✅ Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process.✅ Source candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job portals.✅ Screen resumes and identify qualified IT professionals.✅ Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.✅ Understand client requirements and submit the best-fit profiles.✅ Build strong candidate relationships and negotiate offers.✅ Work closely with global clients across US time zones. We're Looking For✔ Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory).✔ 0–1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment.✔ Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.✔ Basic understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.✔ Strong interpersonal, communication,
