Role & responsibilities
- Lead Verification
- Contact leads generated through digital marketing campaigns via phone.
- Verify basic lead information such as name, contact details, location, budget and property requirements.
- Understand the leads purchase intent, timeline and preferred configuration.
- Lead Qualification
- Identify genuine and relevant prospects based on predefined qualification criteria.
- Categorise leads as Hot, Warm, Cold, Not Interested, Invalid or Follow-up Required.
- Identify potential buyers interested in scheduling a site visit or speaking with the sales team.
- CRM Management
- Accurately enter and update lead information in the CRM.
- Record call outcomes, customer requirements, objections and follow-up dates.
- Ensure every lead has a explicit and updated status.
- Avoid duplicate entries and maintain accurate customer records.

Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields preferred.
- Experience:



13 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, customer service or CRM management. Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi is an added advantage.
- Sales Orientation: Confident in speaking with prospective customers and comfortable with lead qualification and follow-ups.
- CRM Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems to enter, update, categorise and track customer information.
- Customer Handling: Ability to understand customer requirements, ask relevant questions and identify genuine prospects.
- Technology: Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, CRM platforms, WhatsApp and email.
- Personality: Confident, articulate, patient, persuasive and professional while interacting with customers.
- Work Approach: Detail-oriented, organised and disciplined about maintaining accurate CRM records.
