Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin (Academic Operations) to support our academic and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have robust organizational skills, a student-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role involves coordinating academic processes, maintaining student records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the institution.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education or Administration background preferred)

Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in an academic or administrative role
- Experience in operations, management, and team leadership.




- Candidates with prior experience in school administration or educational institutions will be preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate academic schedules, class timetables, and faculty assignments in collaboration with the academic team.
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of internal and external examinations, including scheduling, invigilation, and result processing.
- Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records for all students and report irregularities as needed.
- Maintain and update student files, academic documents, and administrative records in both digital and physical formats.
- Assist in organizing parent-teacher meetings and coordinate effective communication between the institution and parents.
- Provide basic counseling to students and parents regarding academic progress, behavioral concerns, and institutional policies.
