About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented BDA Solar Expert to drive business growth through B2B and B2C sales of solar energy solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable solar solutions, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate current business opportunities through B2B and B2C sales channels.
- Identify and approach potential customers, dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, institutions, commercial establishments, and residential customers.
- Explain solar products and solutions including On-Grid, Off-Grid and Hybrid Solar Systems.




- Understand customer electricity consumption and requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for site surveys, system design, installation, and project execution.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial offers with customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, sales pipeline, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated with solar industry trends, products, government schemes, pricing, and market developments.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Minimum target of 2 qualified solar leads per month for 3 kW solar systems.
