About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Business Development Executive who can help us generate new business and manage client communication.

This role is a combination of Telecalling, BPO Operations, LinkedIn Lead Generation, Client Follow-up, and Business Development.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with clients, finding potential customers through LinkedIn and other channels, following up with leads, and converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our company's services.
- Generate new leads through LinkedIn, online platforms, databases, and other sources.
- Manage and maintain the company's LinkedIn account.
- Identify potential companies and decision-makers who may require our services.
- Send professional messages, emails, and proposals to prospects.
- Follow up regularly with leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
- Maintain lead and customer information in Excel/CRM.




- Schedule meetings and demos with potential clients.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Handle basic BPO/business development activities.
- Maintain daily calling and lead-generation reports.
- Take ownership of assigned business development activities and complete them independently.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

What We Are Looking For
- Good communication skills in English.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and social media.
- Ability to find and research potential clients.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to use Excel/Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to learn sales and business development.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
