Search and identify relevant tenders through government and private tender portals.

Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and submission requirements.

Prepare and compile all required tender documents.

Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Technical, Production, and Management teams for required information and approvals.

Prepare technical and commercial documents for tender submission.

Upload and submit tenders on portals such as GeM, CPPP, State Government, and other e-procurement portals.

Maintain records of submitted, ongoing, awarded, and unsuccessful tenders.

Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission.

Handle tender-related correspondence, clarifications, and queries.

Track EMD, Tender Fees, Performance Security, and other tender-related requirements.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly tender status reports for management.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with tender terms and conditions.
