- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Payroll modules.
- Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Configure payroll elements, payroll definitions, payment methods, and calculation cards.
- Support payroll processing, testing, and issue resolution.
- Work with Core HR, Absence Management, and Payroll integrations.
- Perform data migration using HDL/HSDL.
- Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-production activities.
- Coordinate with business users and technical teams.
