Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions across cloud and on-prem environments
- Architect and manage open analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Apache Spark, Microsoft Fabric)
- Oversee data pipelines, model lifecycle, and MLOps practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategy with business goals
- Ensure robust data governance, security, and compliance across platforms
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation
- Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into the enterprise stack
- Drive performance optimization and cost-efficiency in cloud-based AI workloads

Required Skills & Experience
- 7-8 years in data engineering, AI/ML development, or technical leadership roles




- Proven hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Solid command of open analytics tools: Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric
- Expertise in cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience with data lake architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, and real-time analytics
- Familiarity with data governance tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Unity Catalog)
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and scripting for automation
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
