Job Title: Senior Executive - Accounts Receivables

*Job Summary*
- We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Executive - Accounts

Receivables to manage the end-to-end receivables function, including invoicing,

collections, customer reconciliations, and e-commerce marketplace reconciliations. The

ideal candidate will ensure timely collections, accurate financial records, and seamless

reconciliation across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the complete Accounts Receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment tracking,

collections, and receipt allocation.

● Monitor outstanding balances and proactively follow up on overdue payments.

● Reconcile customer ledgers and resolve billing disputes or payment discrepancies.

● Perform end-to-end e-commerce and marketplace reconciliations on myntra, ensuring

accurate settlement of sales, returns, commissions, logistics charges, and deductions.

● Identify and resolve discrepancies in marketplace payouts by coordinating with internal

teams and marketplace support.

● Prepare AR ageing reports, collection MIS,



cash flow reports, and reconciliation reports

for management review.

● Ensure timely accounting and reconciliation of customer receipts and marketplace

settlements in the ERP/accounting system.

● Coordinate with the Sales, E-commerce, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve

payment and reconciliation issues.

● Maintain accurate customer records, credit limits, and documentation.

● Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable.

● Drive process improvements to strengthen collection efficiency and reconciliation

accuracy.

● Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, GST requirements, and

statutory regulations.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter/MBA Finance is an

added advantage).

● 4–7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance.
