About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive International Sales & Market Research Executive to support our Medical Glove export business.

The person will be responsible for identifying potential customers in international markets, conducting market research, building targeted buyer databases, sending sales emails, making cold calls, and following up with prospects.

This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can independently research a market, identify the right companies and decision-makers, build a list of potential buyers, and then systematically approach and follow up with them.

Key Responsibilities:

1. International Market Research
- Research international markets to identify countries and regions with potential demand for our products.
- Identify importers, distributors, wholesalers, hospitals, medical supply companies, government suppliers, and other potential buyers.




- Research competitors, market size, pricing, product requirements, and distribution channels.
- Identify new countries and customer segments that could be suitable for our products.
- Monitor market developments, tenders, registrations, competitors, and other relevant business opportunities.

2. Lead Generation & Buyer Database
- Build and maintain detailed lists of potential buyers in different countries.
- Find company names, websites, contact persons, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, and other relevant information.
- Identify the right decision-makers, such as Purchasing Managers, Procurement Managers, Import Managers, Product Managers, and Business Owners.
- Verify and maintain the accuracy of contact information.
- Categorize and prioritize leads based on their potential.
