Role purpose
Own the design and operational execution of compliant, helpful and measurable communications The role brings order to fragmented requests
through a central communication calendar, reusable content system and closed-loop campaign learning.
Communication scope
• audiences across lifecycle, training, contests, product enablement, performance, adoption
and service journeys.
• Email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, push, in-app and web surfaces, routed through approved platforms and
workflows.
• This role supports internal/intermediary communications; it must apply all relevant compliance,
legal, brand, consent and disclosure requirements before release.
