JOB OVERVIEW: Ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of operational activities within the
Branch Operations department which includes adhering to organizational processes, maintaining accurate
documentation, and upholding data quality standards.

QUALIFICATION: Graduate or Post Graduate (Mortgage experience preferred, especially in affordable
housing)

EXPERIENCE: 0 to 3 years

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and execute tasks assigned by the Operations Department.
Perform operational activities in line with established organizational processes.
Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Handle documentation and maintain accurate records following organizational guidelines.
Ensure all operational documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
Regularly update records to reflect current data and processes.
Ensure high quality of data entries and verify accuracy to prevent discrepancies in disbursement
dockets.
Conduct regular audits to identify and correct data inconsistencies.
Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve data discrepancies promptly.
