Job Description:
- ScalingTheory Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing IT solutions company based in Trichy, is hiring fresh graduates for the position of IT Recruiter (Talent Advisor) for the domestic market.
- We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for people, strong communication skills, and a desire to build a rewarding career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Education:* Any graduate (Freshers welcome).
- Skills:* Good English communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Attitude:* Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Experience:* Not required (Training will be provided).
Job Details:
- Work Hours: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM Work
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- Shift: Day Shift only
- Contract:* No bond or agreement
