About PropX Living

PropX Living is a Hyderabad-based property services startup focused on simplifying the process of finding and managing PGs, coliving spaces, and property services for tenants and property owners.

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive – Field Sales to help us expand our network of PG and hostel partners across Hyderabad.

Job Responsibilities
- Visit PGs, hostels, and coliving properties across Hyderabad.
- Identify and connect with PG owners and property managers.
- Explain PropX Living's partnership model and services.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with property owners.
- Negotiate and close new PG and hostel partnerships.
- Collect property details, pricing, amenities, availability, and other required information.
- Coordinate with the internal team for property onboarding and listing.




- Follow up with potential partners and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly property and bed onboarding targets.
- Maintain daily field visit and sales activity reports.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field work and travelling across Hyderabad.
- Telugu, Hindi, and English communication skills are preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
