⏳ Experience: 10–12 Years
- CTC: ₹42 - 70 LPA (75% Fixed + 25% Variable)

- Key Skills Required:

* Python, Spark, Kafka

* Kubernetes, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines

* Feature Stores & Model Registries

* Credit Risk, Fraud Analytics, and Collections Analytics

What You Will Do (Roles & Responsibilities):

* Lead AI Product Pods across critical Credit Risk, Fraud, and Collections business units.

* Build & Scale ML systems for end-to-end lending lifecycle decisioning and underwriting.

* Own the full ML Lifecycle:



Feature engineering, model training, deployment, tracking, and drift detection.

* Architect MLOps Infrastructure: Design robust, distributed ML pipelines using Kafka and Kubernetes.

* Ensure AI Governance: Stay ahead of BFSI regulatory compliance, model explainability, and safety protocols.

* Mentor & Grow: Build and scale a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists.

* 10+ years of applied AI/ML experience with a clear engineering leadership background.

* Strong domain expertise in Fintech, Banking, or NBFC sectors.
