Role Description
The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations and ensuring a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, coordinating workforce planning, and partnering with leadership to define role requirements and staffing strategies. The HR Manager will administer compensation and benefits, maintain HR policies and documentation, and ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational standards. The role involves handling employee relations, performance management processes, and engagement initiatives, including feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and training coordination. The HR Manager will also support change management, contribute to HR analytics and reporting, and continuously improve HR processes to align with SBA Insights’ business objectives.

Qualifications
- Solid expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR documentation, with experience handling disciplin
