Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to lead a team of developers and own the technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, scripting, integrations, workflows, implementation, deployment, and production support, along with excellent client-facing and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers.
- Own technical delivery and provide guidance on ServiceNow solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Develop complex workflows and Flow Designer solutions.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and production support.
- Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.




- Manage Update Sets and deployment activities across environments.
- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, testing, and release activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, estimates, and solution designs.
- Participate in client discussions, blueprinting workshops, and requirement sessions.
- Conduct knowledge-transfer and technical training sessions.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
