Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager Business Development to drive sales and business growth for Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS) across South India. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in medical gas, healthcare equipment, medical equipment sales, or related B2B/project sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales for MGPS across South India.




- Generate and convert current business opportunities and large healthcare projects.
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, consultants, and key decision - makers .
- Achieve revenue, profitability, new business, and collection targets.
- Track upcoming hospital projects, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and delivery.
- Support and train the regional healthcare sales team on techno-commercial aspects.
- Ensure timely MIS, customer issue resolution, and payment collections.

Requirements
- 8 10+ years of relevant experience in Medical Gas, MGPS, Healthcare Equipment, or Medical Equipment Sales.
- Strong experience in B2B / Direct / Channel Sales and Business Development .
- Experience in hospital, healthcare, or project sales will be highly preferred.
- Good commercial, costing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience handling the South India mar
