Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Sales Associates (CSA) for our premium Nature’s Choice stores. The CSA will be responsible for assisting customers, providing information about products, maintaining attractive product displays, supporting sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Provide information about product features, prices, offers, quality, and availability.
- Support customers in locating products across different store sections.
- Maintain proper product display, shelf arrangement, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure shelves are adequately stocked and products are arranged neatly.
- Check product labels, pricing, expiry dates,



and packaging condition.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory-related activities.
- Support billing/cash counter operations as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the assigned area.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Promote ongoing offers, schemes, loyalty programs, and premium products.
- Support achievement of store sales and customer-service targets.
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, safety guidelines, and store discipline requirements.

Note: Candidates must be willing to work in a premium retail environment and maintain high standards of customer service and skilled conduct.
