Job Description

Acture Media is looking for a Business Development Manager with 4–6 years of experience in business development and sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, preferably from a Digital Marketing Agency, SaaS, IT/Technology, or Service-based company.

We are looking for someone who is confident in communication, understands the complete sales cycle, can build strong client relationships, create and deliver qualified presentations, and has a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.

* Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing/services solutions.

* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches confidently.

* Prepare professional sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.





* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and potential clients.

* Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

* Negotiate commercials, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

* Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.

* Coordinate with the strategy, SEO, performance marketing, creative, and other internal teams to prepare customized proposals for clients.

* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

* Keep track of competitors, market trends, and potential business opportunities.

* Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry events whenever required.

Requirements

* 4–6 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.

* Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, SaaS, IT/Technology, or
