We are looking for Business Development Trainees to join our growing CDMO / Contract Manufacturing vertical. This is a build-from-scratch opportunity for someone who is confident in communication, enjoys client interaction, and wants to grow in pharma business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential CDMO clients including pharma marketers, D2C/nutra brands, exporters and MNC loan-licence teams.
- Generate and qualify leads through calling, LinkedIn, exhibitions and referrals.
- Maintain CRM, lead trackers and follow-up schedules.
- Prepare capability presentations and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
- Coordinate RFQs with plants and supply chain teams and support quotation preparation.




- Track enquiry-to-order conversion and prepare weekly pipeline MIS.
- Support client onboarding, agreements, artwork and technical coordination.
- Travel for client meetings, exhibitions and business development activities.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA / B.Pharm preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience; pharma sales/business development exposure preferred.
- Strong communication, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and exhibitions.

Good to Have
- Exposure to third-party / loan-licence manufacturing sales.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical dosage forms and plant capabilities.
